2100m Toner Cartridge Seems Great For Your Home Business

by Bryan SOnners

The reviews of the 2100m laser toner are quite favorable. The plaudits are for being user-friendly, for its price and for its relative speed and efficiency. One of many "workgroup" printers on the market today, it can be used at the workplace or at a home office. Smaller than a lot of business printers at sixteen and a half inches by nineteen inches by nine inches, it doesn't take up much space. It only weighs approximately twenty-five pounds. HP literature says its printer can be expected to generate 15,000 pages monthly with HP LaserJet 2100m toner.

If you want color printing, this is not the printer for you as it only prints in black and white. Memory size is nice at eight megabytes. Even nicer is that memory can be expanded up to 40 megabytes. There is some disagreement as to the speed of the printer. Some users find it fine and others think it is too slow. It prints ten pages a minute. There seems to be universal agreement that the printing quality is wonderful. There's a choice of either printing at twelve hundred dots per inch for sharp resolution, or at six hundred dots per second for jobs that need to be completed a bit faster with a slight lessening of quality.

Two trays come with the printer package and a third tray is optional. For custom work, one of the trays can print from three inches by five inches to eight and one half by fourteen inches. The second tray, which holds two hundred and fifty sheets, is used for regular sized and legal sized paper. It can also print out checks and envelopes. The optional third tray functions as a duplicate of the second tray and is available for users who frequently have larger printer jobs.

Remote management is very important for both offices and for those who work at home. The network component of this printer is very viable, particularly for those workers at home who need to print their work over to their home offices. All that is required is that the computer in the home has access to the business printer network. The networking flexibility of this HP LaserJet cartridge has been seen as a big plus.

Reviewers have had a lot to say about this printer. Assorted independent reviewers have also written quite a bit about it. What follows are some pros and cons about which they have written.

Because it is a very quiet machine, it doesn't disturb my concentration when I'm working and it's printing.

I really like that it is such an energy efficient product.

It is quite durable. I've had mine for years and have never had to call for repairs.

The USB port needs an additional connector which isn't included with the package.

It seems to cost a lot more than dot matrix printers.

I need an output tray that has more paper capacity. The one hundred and fifty sheets are not sufficient for my work.

Although it is not as fast as I would like, I have no complaints about the print quality. It is excellent.

The infrared reader is wonderful.

As you can see, there are pros and cons that need to be considered when deciding whether or not to purchase an HP LaserJet 2100m printer. The most important thing to do before deciding is to see if the printer accomplishes what needs to be done for any given business. If the homework is done then no doubt the purchaser will be content.

The toner a machine uses is also important and 2100m toner cartridge delivers. Anyone familiar with HP LaserJet printer toners will not be surprised by this. Having a machine work when you want it to, without delay, means having extra cartridge toner around for those heavy jobs.
