A book like this could be written in a month's time if you constantly work on it. As long as the book is still available to consumers, you will still be earning the money.

He may have a regular job five days a week but on the weekend or at night he can meet with prospective clients to explain the benefits of having insurance. Any policy he sells results in a commission that gets paid every time a premium is paid.

There is also a word of caution for people trying to create passive income. Please ensure that your efforts to generate passive income do not hamper your dedication or efforts put in the job or business that provides you with regular income. Passive income is meant to provide financial freedom, not take away your peace of mind.
